About My Logo
Searching for a unique logo for my health coach business was a bit of a challenge, however, when someone suggested to figure out what sets me apart from others, it was obvious.
I’m one of those crazy people who loves to jump out of a perfectly good plane, soar through the air and float down to earth like a feather. Now, I am not as crazy as some who go on to skydiving solo. I was just fine going tandem-skydiving, where the instructor and I were attached to each other and he was the one pulling the cord.
My first experience was so amazing, I was hooked and had to go again! To allow my husband’s nerves to settle, I decided to go every five years. So on my 50th, 55th, and 60th birthdays I’ve tandem-skydived and each one just as amazing, breathtaking and surreal as the others.
I never thought in my wildest dreams I would even attempt to go skydiving until one of my girlfriends suggested it when we turned forty. My thoughts back then were, “Why not?” Also, I knew I had a fear of heights so why not conquer that fear. It would be a double fear factor too because I needed to put my trust in the person who was taking me on a wild adventure. We decided to waited for 10 years because my husband and I were still raising kids so I wasn’t ready to take that risk back then. The time allowed me to prepare mentally.
I dedicated my last two jumps to those who were living with fibromyalgia. I was blessed to be healthy and was able to go skydiving. I wore a purple fibromyalgia t-shirt and purple shoestrings, the color that represents fibromyalgia.
I couldn’t think of a better way to also dedicate my logo to all those who are living with fibromyalgia and chronic pain.
Besides, I’m having fun with the “Dive In” name. I can “Dive In” with my clients to meet their challenges, improve their health and to live a more fulfilling life.
